Welcome to our shop! This listing is for our 4.125" x 7.25" sized Tropical Menu cards! When purchasing this listing, please select from the Purchase Options dropdown menu to either select the generic HARD COPY SAMPLE or pick one of the CUSTOM PACK options.

♥ If you select the generic HARD COPY SAMPLE option, you are purchasing a hard copy generic sample kit so you can see and feel the different paper options in person before you customize your very own menu card.

• Once you purchase the HARD COPY SAMPLE option, your samples will be mailed to you in 1-2 business days via first class USPS mail and you should receive them in 3-6 business days within the USA from the date they are mailed.

♥ If you select one of the CUSTOM PACK options, you are purchasing your full customized Menu Card order. Customization of the text and colors of this design are included in your Custom Pack purchase.

♥ INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOM PACK OPTIONS:
To start your order, purchase this listing and then send this shop a message with the answers to the following 7 questions (IMPORTANT: please copy and paste into your reply and add your responses to avoid delays).

1. What is the exact wording you would like on your menu card?
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to triple check your wording for spelling and accuracy before you send this to us as revisions after we create your initial proofs will cause delays.

2. Please review the second photo in this listing for color choices. What are your Color choice(s) for your order?

3. Would you like REAL foil (shiny/metallic) finishing on your card ($1.00 extra per card)? If you do not select this option, I will apply a faux foil effect on the graphics and text so that it has the appearance of real foil but won't actually be shiny/metallic. If you would like real foil, the only paper choice available is Matte Satin. Foil colors available are rose gold, regular gold and silver

4. What is your printing paper choice? Note: see below for paper choice descriptions. If you are unsure after reading the descriptions, please purchase the Hard Copy Sample purchase option first so that you can see and feel the different options in person first.
a) Matte Satin (this paper choice has no extra cost per card and you must choose this option for real foil finishing)
b) Stardream Shimmer ($0.24 extra cost per card)
c) Plain Jane (this paper choice has no extra cost per card)
d) Luxe Cotton ($0.32 extra cost per card)

Would you would like to purchase any other products to match this design such as save the dates, invitations, programs, place cards, table numbers, seating charts, guestbook posters, favor tags, banners/signs, thank you cards, etc? If yes, please note if they will be ordered at a later date or if you would like to include them in this same order to have them shipped together.

♥ HOW IT WORKS and TURNAROUND TIMES:

After you purchase this listing and send us your answers to the 7 questions above, we work one on one with you until your design is perfect for you. Your first proofs will be emailed to you within 3 business days, and you may use 3 free revisions if needed. Revisions will be completed within 1-2 business days of request. If you have chosen an upgraded paper option or real foil finishing, we will set up a second listing for you to pay the balance due to print your order and send a link to your custom listing to you with your proofs.

After you give your final OK to print (and pay the balance in full if applicable), your cards will go to print, and will ship in 8-12 business days (shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the USA)!

ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND:

Complete orders (deposit + complete questionnaire received) placed on Saturday will receive PDF design proofs on Wednesday. Complete orders placed on Sunday will receive PDF design proofs on Thursday.

Our menu cards are flat printed on the highest quality cardstock using a commercial press, resulting in the most beautiful, professional quality wedding invitations. We use only the absolute best in printing and paper, giving our stationery a level of quality that is unmatched.

You have the option to choose from our 4 luxurious paper types for your menu cards:

• MATTE SATIN is a 110lb smooth (untextured) paper, which has a matte gloss coating on it, giving it a more sleek, modern feel to it.

• PLAIN JANE is a 100lb smooth (untextured) paper, without gloss coating. A FSC Label 100% Post-Consumer Recycled version of this stock is also available on request.

• STARDREAM SHIMMER is a pearlescent, slightly shimmery 107lb paper that gives your cards a slightly shimmery/metallic sparkle to dazzle your guests! Since it is opalescent and actually sparkles, it reminds us of how the sand and ocean sparkle in the sun!

• LUXE COTTON is a 130lb 100% cotton grain paper, which gives it a fluffy texture, producing a rich, elegant and traditional feel.

Q: What is the price per menu card?
A: The pricing depends your quantity, paper choice and whether you would like real foil finishing or not as listed in the PRICING section of this description above.

Q: Can I customize this design for a Save the Date, Invitation, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Shower, Baby Shower, Bachelorette Party, Birthday, Anniversary party, Birth Announcement, Corporate event or any other occasion?
A: Yes! This design is great for any occasion!

Q: What color options are available?
A: Each Custom Deposit order is specially made just for you, so you may choose any colors that you like for your customization! Color changes are complimentary and included in the design process. For Hard Copy Sample purchases, the only color choices available are Rose Gold and Blush as shown in the photos.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: - Once you purchase the Hard Copy Sample option, your samples will be mailed to you in 1-2 business days and you should receive them in 3-6 business days from the date they are mailed.

Q: I need the text to vary on some of my cards (example: I would like some cards in English and some of them in Spanish), is this possible?
A: Yes, this is no problem at all! The pricing is the same for this option plus an extra $25 design fee per variation for the extra time it takes to customize more than one design for you (example if you need xx quantity Designed in English and xx quantity in Spanish, the price will be the same as shown in the pricing section above + $25 for the one extra design variation.

Q: Do you have a minimum order for customized menu cards?
A: The minimum order is 10 invitations.

Q: I would like for all of my wedding stationery to match this design. Do you offer other items to match?
A: Yes! Q: Do you offer refunds if I am not happy with my design?
A: Due to the custom nature of this product, we am not able to offer full refunds. It is very rare that we have an unhappy customer, but if you are not happy with anything after making your purchase, please send us a message to let us know immediately and we will do our very best to resolve whatever you are not happy with.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Apologies but we do not ship outside of the USA.
